Tobías Belgrano

Tobías Belgrano is a political analyst and consultant specializing in Latin America, with experience in research, strategic communication, and political risk analysis. His work examines the intersections of politics, economics, and governance across the Global South, integrating regional perspectives with comparative international frameworks.

Tobías built his career across Latin America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region, collaborating with international think tanks and media outlets such as Southern Pulse, ITSS Verona, Global Americans and Latin America Advisor. He has also served as a guest commentator for CNN en Español and France 24, and lectured on international politics and public administration.

He holds a Master’s in Government from the University of Buenos Aires and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina, with additional studies in Chinese language and culture at National Chengchi University (Taiwan).

He lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina and speaks fluent Spanish, Mandarin, and English.
