Ralph Jalbout, MD

Ralph El Jalbout is a medical doctor and holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University, SIPA. His work sits at the intersection of strategy, policy, and health. He combines systems-level thinking with analytical depth to help navigate uncertainty, build resilience, and adapt to shifting global dynamics. His interdisciplinary approach bridges political insight, institutional design, and strategic thinking to inform decision-making in complex, high-stakes environments.

Through his experience as a practicing physician, his diplomatic work at the United Nations negotiating General Assembly declarations on global health, and his policy studies at Columbia, Ralph recognized the limitations of siloed thinking. This led him to champion an interdisciplinary model that brings together cross-sectoral knowledge to design better-informed, more adaptive solutions to today’s most pressing challenges.

He founded GéoPoly Global Research as a platform for cross-disciplinary collaboration and strategic analysis, bringing together expertise across sectors to deliver grounded, forward-looking insights through a holistic lens. In 2025, Ralph presented his research on AI governance and enforcement at the United Nations (UNIDIR) in Geneva in recognition of his integrated approach to emerging technologies, security policy, and institutional strategy in transnational settings.

He speaks English, French, Arabic, and Spanish, and is based in New York City.
