Daniel Khalupsky

Daniel holds an MA in Law from the University of Law, London, and a B.A. in History from the London School of Economics. He has lived and studied in the United States, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom. He is a native English speaker, fluent in Russian, and has working proficiency in Ukrainian.

He served as a Foreign Affairs Researcher in the UK Parliament and has held analytical roles in political risk consulting, commodities, and investment banking. At Argus Media, he covered European oil products. At Barclays Investment Bank in New York, he worked in the Securitized Products Division.

His research focuses on macroeconomics, geopolitics, energy markets, and sovereign risk across Ukraine, Russia, Europe, and emerging markets. Daniel also makes documentary films on history, politics, and cultural change.
